Dear Miles,
So you are one month old today. Time has really gone by fast. I am amazed at how quickly you are growing and how much you are changing. You are really a good baby, only really fussy when you are hungry - which is quite often, or naked. You do like your baths, especially now that you can get all the way wet. You no longer fit in your newborn clothes, actually it has been about 2 weeks. At your 2 week doctor's appointment you had gained 2 pounds and weighed 9.3 pounds. Today I am sure you are more than 10. You really are growing quickly. Your daddy is getting really good at changing diapers, he is pretty quick now, however you do like to give him a hard time sometimes (squirming around, peeing and crying). But he is so good with you and you really seem to enjoy being with him.
When you are quietly alert, you like to look at your mom and dad. The dogs are very fascinated by you, and you are starting to notice them. Although you don't really like to touch them, they do like to kiss you and you don't seem to mind. You have rolled over 3 times from belly to back and seem quite proud of yourself. When we hold you you like to grab onto our hands and squeeze. When you play on your play mat you are now starting to notice the toys hanging from the top. You grab and kick at them at times. Right now you are so interested in story time unless it is right after your bath, then a page or so and you are out.
You are a wonderful baby and we are so happy to have you in our lives. Everyday we are learning new things and watch you grow so quickly.

Happy 1 month birthday Miles. Happy, getting through the month to mom and dad. Your blog is so cute and it's so nice to see pictures. The diaper changes get harder, just to warn you, and it's particularly fun when they decide they don't want a diaper on or to use the potty yet.
