Easter

We had a pretty low key Easter here. But the Easter Bunny did come and we had a mini egg hunt. I think both Ella and Miles had a great time.

Christmas (a little late, but what is new)

We had a great Christmas, really low key, but fun never the less. My parents came to visit and spoiled Miles of course. We then went down to Redding to see my Dad's side of the family - it was really fun to see everyone there. We came home and spent another evening at Patsy's enjoying the company of my aunt, uncle and cousins. Lots of fun, although we had to call the night early since our little one was up past his bed time for the fourth night in a row.



Today it is snowing off and on here, it is beautiful, I just wish the snow would last longer.

Happy Halloween

We just finished running in the Monster Dash in downtown Ashland, after an unsuccessful attempt at a 10K in Portland last weekend (way too rainy). My parents came up to take Miles on the 1 mile fun run, he slept through the whole thing, but had a good time none the less. It is hard to believe he is 7 1/2 months. I hope everyone is having a great holiday.

4th of July

We spent the 4th of July at our house in Tahoe. The weather couldn't have been any better - especially since it will be around 100 here all week. We did several hikes and Miles was such a trooper, however, we almost always went 1/4 mile too long, so those last few steps were not happy ones. Pam and Brian came up for the last part of the week and it was so great to see them. I am so thankful Miles will be able to grow up going to Tahoe just like I did, I have such great memories up there.
