we have been pretty busy around here these past few weeks. we took a trip down south to visit my parents, it was great seeing them and letting everyone have time on the farm. mike recently got a promotion at work (yeah!) so he has been busy adjusting to this new job. miles is turning 3 in a few weeks which is so hard to believe. we are busy putting together his party - which will include 2 of his favorites - pizza and the avengers. he did tell us the other day he wanted iron man and a hot dog for his birthday - which is funny in itself, but also the fact that we are vegetarians, makes it more hilarious. we finally figured out he wanted hawkeye (an avenger). ella is showing quite the personality, full of drama and quite the girly, girl. she loves to put lotion on her face and have me put in hair product after her bath. she loves miles, but when he pushes her buttons, watch out she is quick and his hair is just in reach. she is starting to talk now, which is awesome, but i am sure miles will get so tired of her jabbering soon. only 3 weeks until spring break and we are all counting down at this point.
